Church History

Solid Rock Church was founded in 2003 by 8 founding members. The idea was to remove hindrances to the preaching of the gospel. We strive for a modern approach to the traditional gospel. SRC is an ongoing, honest attempt at patterning the church after the gospel, not the gospel after the church.

Church Vision

It is our vision at Solid Rock Church to maintain a strong presence in the community for the purpose of bringing people into a relationship with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. 

 

Through building relationships with God and one another, we are building the church. As the church, we strive together to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, to reach the unreached for Jesus Christ. In this steadfast endeavor, may we always be dependent on the Holy Ghost to lead and empower us. May our sanctuary always be available and ready for the worship of God and the preaching of the gospel. 

 

May our teachings always be biblically based and true without consideration for people pleasing. May we always be looking for and making opportunities to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
